1. PURPOSE
These legal terms and conditions govern the Promotion organized by R. Franco Technologies, S.L.U., with registered office at Plaza Cronos, 4, 28037, Madrid, and CIF B85667087 (hereinafter, “the Organizer”). The Promotion involves attendees at the SiGMA Malta EUROPE fair participating in a game to attempt to open a combination lock and win a PlayStation 5.
2. SCOPE AND DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The Promotion will be held exclusively during the SiGMA Malta EUROPE fair, where R. Franco Digital will be present at Stand 2147 at MMH, Valletta, Malta. The Promotion will last three days, from November 12 to November 14, 2024, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All individuals of legal age who visit the R. Franco Digital stand and comply with the participation mechanics outlined in these terms may enter the Promotion. Participants must complete the registration form, authorizing the use of their data for commercial purposes. Employees of R. Franco Technologies, S.L.U., or companies associated with Grupo R. Franco, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
4. PROMOTION MECHANICS
During the Promotion period, a transparent display case containing a PlayStation 5 secured with a three-number combination lock will be available at the stand. Each participant will have one (1) attempt per day of the fair to try to open the lock. If they guess the correct combination, they will be awarded the PlayStation 5 as the prize.
Each participant must:
- Register at the stand.
- Attempt to open the lock with their chosen combination.
5. PRIZE
The prize consists of one (1) PlayStation 5 for the first participant who successfully opens the lock with the correct combination. If no participant manages to open the lock, the prize will remain unawarded. The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or any other goods or services.
6. ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The winner must provide their personal information and sign a declaration of acceptance of the prize at the R. Franco Digital stand. The prize will be awarded at the event venue at the time of winning.
7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with applicable data protection regulations, participants’ personal data will be processed by R. Franco Technologies, S.L.U., to send you commercial communications about our products, services, promotions, and events, and to manage the Promotion and award the prize, if applicable. Data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you have given us by participating in the Promotion and accepting these Legal Terms and Conditions. Your data will be retained for the duration necessary to carry out the Promotion and, subsequently, for sending commercial communications, until you request deletion or revoke your consent.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability by sending a request to dpo@orenesgrupo.com.
Further information about the processing of your personal data is available in our Privacy Policy. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
8. CONSENT FOR COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree that R. Franco Technologies, S.L.U. may use their contact information to send commercial communications, including information on R. Franco products, services, promotions, and events. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time through the mechanisms provided in each communication or by contacting the Organizer in accordance with the privacy policy.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Organizer is not responsible for any damage, loss, or accident that may occur to participants in connection with the Promotion or the use of the prize.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND/OR ADDENDUMS
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms or add successive addendums regarding the mechanics and prizes, provided they are justified and do not harm the participants.
11. CONSULTATION OF THE LEGAL TERMS

12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Participation in this Promotion implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
