1. Organizing Company
This giveaway is organized by R.FRANCO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L.U., a single-member limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Spain, with its registered office at Plaza Cronos, 4, 28037 Madrid, Spain, and registered under company number B-85667087 (hereinafter, the“Organizer”), in connection with its participation in SBC Lisbon 2026, which will take place in Lisbon, Portugal.
The giveaway will be held at Recreativos Franco Digital Stand A441 during the three days of the exhibition.
2. Purpose of the Giveaway
The Organizer will conduct a daily giveaway during SBC Lisbon 2026, whereby one (1) PlayStation 5 will be awarded each day of the exhibition, for a total of three (3) PlayStation 5 consoles awarded throughout the event.
Accordingly, an independent giveaway will be held each day, with a single winner per day.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all natural persons who meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions and who are present at SBC Lisbon 2026.
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and is not conditional upon the purchase or subscription of any product or service.
Employees of the Organizer, as well as individuals who have been directly or indirectly involved in organizing the giveaway and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
4. Entry Mechanism
To participate in the giveaway, interested individuals must:
- Visit Recreativos Franco Digital Stand A441 on any day during SBC Lisbon 2026.
- Scan the QR code provided by the Organizer at the stand.
- Access the entry form and correctly complete all required information.
- Upon completion of the form, the participant will receive an entry ticket containing a unique participation number.
- The Organizer will retain a copy of the ticket bearing the same number, which will be placed in the ballot box designated for the giveaway.
Participation will be deemed completed once the entry form has been correctly submitted and the corresponding ticket has been issued.
Each participant may receive only one ticket per day, unless the Organizer expressly establishes otherwise during the event.
5. Date and Time of the Drawings
One drawing will be held each day at 4:30 PM, during the three days of SBC Lisbon 2026.
The drawings will take place at Recreativos Franco Digital Stand A441, using a physical ballot box, from which one ticket will be randomly drawn by an independent person.
The selected number will be verified against the matching ticket copy retained by the Organizer in order to identify the winner.
6. Selection of the Winner
The winner of each day’s drawing will be the person whose participation number matches the number drawn from the ballot box.
The drawing will be conducted randomly and in the presence of attendees who are at the stand at the time of the draw.
Should the selected number correspond to an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or has been invalidated for any reason, the Organizer may conduct a new drawing.
Likewise, if the participant whose number has been drawn is not present at the stand at the time of the drawing, the Organizer may conduct additional drawings until a winner who is present and meets all participation requirements is identified.
7. Prize
The prize for each day’s drawing shall consist of:
One (1) PlayStation 5.
A total of three (3) PlayStation 5 consoles will be awarded during SBC Lisbon 2026, one for each day of the exhibition.
The prize may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product or service, except where circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control or force majeure make it necessary to replace it with another prize of similar characteristics and value.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for the manufacturer’s warranties, conditions, or after-sales services relating to the prize, which shall be governed exclusively by the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner at Stand A441 whenever possible during SBC Lisbon 2026.
To receive the prize, the winner must provide proof of identity by means of a valid official identification document and supply any information required to formalize delivery of the prize.
If delivery cannot be completed during the exhibition, the Organizer will contact the winner using the information provided in the entry form to arrange the delivery procedure.
9. Personal Data Processing
The Organizer will process the information provided in the entry form solely for the purposes of managing participation in the giveaway, verifying compliance with participation requirements, handling any incidents related to participation, and responding to requests for information, contact requests, or complaints regarding the giveaway. The processing is based on the participant’s consent, and the data provided is necessary to participate in the giveaway.
The participant’s data may be disclosed to third parties where required by law or where such disclosure is necessary for the purposes described above, as well as to the entities comprising the Orenes Group for internal administrative purposes.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to certain processing activities, as well as the right to request restriction of processing, by contacting the Data Protection Officer at dpo@orenesgrupo.com.

10. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions set out herein may result in the invalidation of the relevant participation and, where applicable, the forfeiture of the right to receive the prize.
11. Amendment or Suspension of the Giveaway
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, in whole or in part, where circumstances of force majeure or justified reasons arise that prevent its normal operation, provided such amendment, suspension, or cancellation is necessary.
In such cases, the Organizer shall, whenever possible, take appropriate measures to safeguard participants’ rights.
12. Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may prevent or hinder participation in the giveaway, including technical issues, connection failures, errors in information provided by participants, or any other incident not directly attributable to the Organizer.
Participants are responsible for ensuring the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided in the entry form.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable legislation, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions relating to consumer protection, data protection, and promotional activities and prize draws in Portugal.
Any matter arising in connection with the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law.
